Our Story
The Culture
of Mezcal
For her, and for the world, we have created:
"The Mezcal with the Flavor of a Woman."
Mezcal con Sabor a Mujer is a perfect blend of art and flavor — bringing together the millennial traditions of Oaxaca, cradle of mezcal, with the craft and customs of Guerrero.
Three expressions, three women: Yuliia, our young Espadín, luminous and welcoming. Anastasia, passionate and untamed Tepeztate. Kristina, reflective and elegant Tobalá. Each bottle is hand-painted by Mexican artisans, and each name honors a strength we want to celebrate.
The Process
One hundred percent artisanal
- 01Selection. Ripe agaves hand-harvested by palenqueros of Oaxaca's Central Valley.
- 02Roasting. Conical stone oven, oak firewood, five to seven days to concentrate the agave's sugars.
- 03Milling. Horse-drawn stone tahona, the oldest way to extract the sugars.
- 04Fermentation. Open-air wooden vats with wild ambient yeasts.
- 05Distillation. Double distillation in copper stills, tuned to the maestro's taste.
